Today is Thursday, we are supposed to close on our new construction home tomorrow at 12:30 with a final walk through around 11:00. We went to the house last night to check on progress and the painters have still not come this week. Our house looks like a pinata with blue tape everywhere, both on the walls and trim work. Lots of areas on trim where the original coat absorbed into the wood and the grain is showing, as well as scuffs, marks, cracks, paint drips from the wall paint, etc. Some areas of the wall not only need touch up but there are holes to patch and areas with drip lines that need sanded down and repainted Some of our white trim around doors and window have never even received their first coat of paint. I feel like there is a TON of painting to do. Our project manager assured on on Monday it will all get done.

Can this even be done in a day? We are are also supposed to have a final clean.
