Some that I have yet to post this year

t seems like we all say this every year, "It has been a strange bloom season." I thought that it would be late this year and it is generally on time. Certain plants are shorter than in years past. Some did not even bother to put up a scape. Very dry, so some blooms are smaller, while others are larger. Some scapes look like telephone poles, while others are well branched, etc....

ALL THINGS TO ALL MEN: The first four blooms were all splotchy, but ever since then, they have looked like this.

HONEY ON MY LIPS: A late bloomer. Well branched with many buds.

TAKE MY BREATH AWAY: I have been thinking about getting rid of this one over the past several years, due to performance issues. The blooms have not looked this good like they have this year.

May have gotten a stay of execution.

VICTORIA GRACE: I thought I got rid of this one. I am glad I still have it. The colors really pop in the garden.

HAREM HOUSE: An older Moldovan. I like this bitone

MASK AND METAPHOR: AN interesting looking Hanson bicolor.

LINGERING SPLENDOR: An older Hanson. Substance is like cardboard.

WOMEN SEEKING MEN: A large plant and has wonderful branching.

This will be another try to submit some other pictures:

Careless Dream: a nice large flat bloom. 7 Inches in a bed that does not receive any additional water than what Mother Nature has supplied - which is not much.

PASSING FANCY: I've only been growing this one since the fall of 2017. I am starting to like it.

IRON WARRIOR: I've only had this one since the Spring of 2018

Seedling out of RED HOT CHILI QUACKERS - I do like the bloom on this one. I will move it out of the seedling bed to another location to see what happens with the scape. The petals are 2.75 inches wide.

Another seedling that I don't know the cross.

Woodside Lustre: A nice rich red.

Careless Dream looks Ike it had good substance. A pretty bloom. I like Iron Warrior and Passing Fancy as well. Your red seedling looks good!

Some greAt blooms here. My favorites are the two bitones, not enough of those lovelies. I like your red seedling too.

ATTAM looks great! Do you have any seedlings out of it? All are nice but my favorite are the ones you were thinking of getting rid of lol - Take my Breath Away and Victoria Grace. I really like the Red Hot seedling, nice one.

Nice group David. I totally agree about the season this year. At least now here we are getting some rain and the temps have dropped dramatically. Take My Breath Away is so pretty.

Nice bunch of seedlings! The second seedling is my pick because I am partial to watermarks and gold edges. Of the named varieties, Honey on My Lips has an interesting patterns. I also like Iron Warrior.

What a nice post, David! I want every one! I have eyed Honey on My Lips before, even though brighter colors are what get my attention these days. Passing Fancy looks really nice. Nice red on your 1st seedling, but I love the look of the 2nd one .

Looks of pretty blooms! The season here has been strange, definitely stranger than usual :)
