I got an estimate of almost $34k for the kitchen (image below) which includes a 15% contractor mark-up. The detailed estimate seems to account for everything and looking at each rate individually I think that they're inline with what I see on the net. I put it to a contractor who had worked on my parents house though and they said it was about 20% off but when I asked which items were wrong specifically they never responded to my mail. What's your thoughts?
