Curtain Placement?

I am confused about my family room curtains. Do I hang them above or below the half circle windows at the top. Currently, the curtain road is placed above the rectangular windows. (84 inches long). If I hang them above the half circle windows they will be 116 inches long. There are 2 inch faux wood blinds on the windows now, but theycan go. The photo shows the blinds closed because of the glare in the photo, but I always keep them open.

Any suggestions on how to dress these windows will be appreciated. Thank you.
