I've never heard of this variety, but the most important thing you can do is get a sample and do all the recommended stain, etch, porosity, scratch, and durability testing recommended for natural stone. That is the only way to truly know how it's going to hold up in your kitchen. Granite of the same name can vary from slab to slab and even within a slab, so it's important to get a sample if you can. If you can't, I might keep looking since the lighter-colored granites tend to be a little less durable than the darker ones taken as a whole. There are always exceptions, of course.

IMO make sure it is polished not honed or leathered and it will be almost bullet proof a far superior material to quartz / You will find that it is really not helpful to see pics in other homes too many variables . There is very little difference between dark and light granites as far as durability is concerned but polished is the way to go and that is not a coating either but a true polish.

There is considerable difference in the stainability of light and dark granites. The lighter the stone, the more susceptible to staining. That's why very dark stones rarely take sealer.

It is polished and although the color is white knight it has a lot of grays and brown tones throughout it. Thanks for all of the comments!!
