Can you return them?

Great question! Wayfair policy says no returns on already assembled furniture. So I might have to try and sell these at a discount. :/

They aren't going to shrink. What is your expected answer? Return them, or live with them. Honestly? The blush isn't really great with the tone of the wood.

I would return. They look too bulky : ) and the arms will be soiled in no time at all.

Then before you purchase replacement chairs, measure the width, and seat and arm heights. Keep in mind that chairs with arms will take up more room than those without.
