These are all just standard fittings assembled in to a shower; almost any hardware store carries them.

What are you asking for that a plumber can’t do?

Sasha, you're exactly right. Essentially it is the rough plumbing that is usually hidden inside walls: copper pipes, and hardware store faucets, and a copper shower head. Any plumber can easily assemble this using plumbing/hardware store products.
