I think your kitchen looks good as is. I can't quite see what the backsplash is currently, but I think changing that would be a good move. I think your hardware looks nice as is. You could change it if you feel you want something different but it looks fine as is. Are you wanting larger knobs on the doors?

I'm assuming that the trim on the bottom of the wall cabinets is concealing under-cabinet lighting? Those strips are pretty inelegant and I wonder if better solutions are available now.

Adding a pendant and maybe updating the dining area chandelier?

Brushed brass hardware looks quite nice against gray. Swapping out the hardware + faucet for that may really help to brighten up the space and add contrast if you choose to sick with a gray paint color. It's okay that the stove won't match as long as the finish appears somewhere else (in lighting fixtures or a faucet). I agree with going all the way up the window wall with the backsplash! That will look great.
