I have no experience on grafting

If they stay green after 3 weeks, you should be good. Now if you happened to graft that bud upside down, then all bets are off! LOL!

They are all right side up. I left the leaf on until it was placed and taped. Then I cut the leaf off and passed over the bud to seal each one.

Howard, you will get a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction once you achieve your first graft.

Steve amazing job! I love pictures of grafts! Steve I grafted some xie shan as well a month ago I checked on it last week and it was still green and regrettably decided to wrap it up again for another week just so happens it rained the whole week and i Totally forgot I left it out well I unwrapped it today and it was mouldy and black! So sad! Trying again today though! Crossing my fingers :)
