The Truth is...

I leave crap out on the bathroom counter.

I've been going back and forth on the medicine-cabinet-vs.-mirror question. I've searched the pros & cons Online and I've read multiple discussion on this forum - dating back years.

But the truth is, I *have* a medicine cabinet in my current master bath, and I *still* leave all kinds of stuff out on the counter. I clean it up nice for company - or for the first few visits of a new lover, but the master bath is, for the most part - my private space and if it's a mess, it's my mess.

The other bathroom has a very small, no top-drawer vanity, so in that bathroom, I *do* use the medicine cabinet - it's also the bathroom used by guests.

And even with a medicine cabinet, the Water-pik won't fit in there, and unless I go for the outlet-in-the-cabinet (which I'm not likely to spend the extra $ on) the electric toothbrush wouldn't be something I'd put in a medicine cabinet either.

I look at all those photos of lovely new, neat bathrooms, and I *know* that mine will look like that *only* when I'm expecting company to see it. So, that's my truth.
