Hi all. thanks for any opinions you're willing to share:
We're putting in walnut/white cabinets over existing red oak flooring in MCM coastal home. planning to integrate color: yellow, red, blues... and perhaps some black...

A. Walnut or lighter/painted wood? two samples in there one from 2017 and the other from 2020. can. maker says all things are equal. I much prefer the yellows and more pronounced color variation in the older sample. they said it will go there naturally.... so trust, build and hope for the best or go with a different, lighter wood variety or painted cabinets? if so, what goes well with red oak floors?

B. Countertop: do we match (brighter) or tone-off with a grayer top? votes welcome. I'm leaning toward Calcutta Nuvo by Ceasarstone.

C. Brushed Brass or Champagne Bronze handles...?
