Dimmable A19 bulb for flowering plant?

I'd like to put a dimmable A19 bulb in a light fixture that's directly above a potted (indoor) flowering gardenia--that's not really flowering. The fixture is less than 1 ft above the plant. Right now, I've got a generic LED bulb in there and haven't been using it much since I get light from nearby south and west windows. I'd like to see if I can get the gardenia to stop dropping flower buds if I give it additional light. Is there such a thing as a dimmable, A19 plant light bulb? If not, are there any alternative options out there light a custom color adjustable bulb?
