Thanks for your help! On the left is a lilac leaf, very curled up. Most of the older leaves look like this but the newest leaves are dark green and healthy. Purchased on sale at Home Depot 😬

On the right is a ponderosa lemon leaf. This is the only leaf with that extent of damage but others have tiny dark dots.

Whats going on here?
