What to do with Silver Lode?

A couple of years ago I bought a baby SL from a young girl at a hosta farm for $1. It was so small I thought, why not? Just for fun. Well those two little leaves must have been 1-1 1/2 inches at best. I tried to plant it not too deep and it came back for two years, two tiny leaves. This year, nothing. Oh well, I laughed ,at least it was not an expensive one......lol

Then about 2 weeks ago, it reared up its two tiny leaves. I dug it out to see what was up. It had some nice little roots so I put it in a pot. It has actually grown three new leaves! Then I just noticed today that there seem to be new roots growing at the base of leaves. What do I do now. It is hard to see in the pic, but I do believe the crown is at the surface of just below. Now that new roots are growing near the leaves do I put it deeper or leave alone? I understand it must have been planted too deep which is very easy to do with babies.
