Which grow lights are best?

Hello all. I would like to grow berry plants in my basement. It is unfinished and has 8' ceilings. Anyone experienced in this area? Are some grow lights better than others? what size, how many?

I would like to maybe do some strawberries,and blueberries, raspberries, and tomatoes.

Is there any downside to this that I should be aware of? I was thinking it would be great to avoid animals and bugs.
