Remove the bed flanking the drive and add pavement width to expand the entrance walk.

Can a local pro pour a new aggregate walk that slopes up to the stoop for wheelchair access? I agree that the bed will have to be reworked, especially if the wheelchair needs to roll out of a lift van. If the walk can come out further, you could accommodate that, and put your urn/plant right of the garage door.
