The finish “Franchino” is a smoked floor and the tannins in each tree react differently to the smoking process. We expect that this is explained upon selection by our authorized dealers. When/if a client request samples, we do our best to provide a range so you are aware of the color variations. When a smoked floor is purchased we provided/inform the dealer that there will be color variations and recommend installers to blend planks from multiple packs to ensure the balance of color and graining so the floor will have a cohesive look. Please note that another production run was offered in place of the provided flooring and pictures were supplied to your dealer for you to choose. We are aware that you were not pleased with the range of either option, so we accepted a return from the dealer for full credit to their account. We wish you the best on your home.
