I would not put them anywhere important. Kales sometimes live beyond their usual two years (biennial) but they’re gangly, woody and scruffy. They might be interesting to watch but they will not be decorative.

So just plant the ones I sowed last month in my -exposed flower bed-.

And skip the ones I have kept growing....which were last years cold weather planting.

I ask as if memory recalls, it's been bred to flower just once (seeking accuracy) on that and once it's gone to seed.....it's not mean to flower again ? On the ones that I have over-seasoned (kept past spring of this year), I literally have removed all the leaves and it is currently a pretty mature kale plant...just not sure if it will do a flower as warmer temps wind down and the 60F and below creep in consistently

It has not been ‘bred’ to flower just once. That’s just the natural biology of biennials. Sometimes brassicas struggle on longer but, as I said, they’re big woody gangly things, not the compact foliage plants which winter decorative kales are intended to be. Once decorative kales flower they’ve pretty much outlived their usefulness. They are grown for their foliage only. Btw I’m not sure what removing all the leaves was intended for.
