I would expect some flower issues when the plant is not getting "enough" sunlight. Full sun tends to produce more and better flowers. Investigate if there is too much shade nowadays due to tree canopies getting larger and changing from dappled sun to shade, due to unusual, cloudy, rainy weather, etc. The foliage looks just fine.

When was the picture taken? Since QF blooms early, I would expect the sepals to turn pinkish earlier than Limelight does. The "true" fertile flowers in the center of the panicle still appear green, lacecap style, in the picture, which is slightly unusual for this time of the year but maybe ok for Toledo(?). Less direct sun might account for that though.

The blooms are turning pink and that is ok but the shade of pink looks a little on the "weak" side. If you want, get a soil test (minerals, soil pH, etc.) to make sure all is well in that area. Hydrangeas do not need much fertilizing once established if your soil has no soil deficiencies.

I wasn't familiar with Quickfire, but looking at your photo what you show there looks like a lacecap variety to me. I did a quick google search and found this - the original Quickfire was a lacecap, the newer Quick Fire Fab is probably what you thought you bought but it doesn't look like it:

Olychick this could make sense. I found this pic. Looks exactly like mine. I have two limelights and five incrediballs and those flowers are what I would expect. For what it is then it looks pretty good I guess. Like luis-pr said I'm expecting a darker pink here soon. Thank you.
