I’d leave it where it is. My luck with lupine in Colorado zone 5 has been mixed. Seems like I hve difficulties getting them established. But then they grow fine if they don’t die the first year. They are so beautiful once they get going though!

I can’t say how it will do outside. But I can say that as a hardy perennial it will not be happy in the house. All you can do is leave in the garden and cross your fingers.

It will likely be fine. I have dozens of seedlings that started on their own adding to a swath of established plants. Some are tiny but I know they will be larger in spring. Seedlings rarely if ever bloom so I would not be concerned
