Orchid Leaf Question

I've had these spots on my phalaenopsis orchid for about 2 months. I wiped them down with 3% peroxide solution. Just not sure if it's dise a se or possibly sun spots.

The Peroxide should help. Keep wiping it.

Could be bacterial or fungal. I'm guessing bacterial. The spot should dry up but it won't go away. Once it dries up it won't spread any further.

You could also wipe with alcohol. Just the spots.

I agree with Jane. The sun wouldn’t damage those small areas and not the space between them. Try to keep water off the leaf, splashing water can help spread it. Check for insects also, small spots like that can be from bugs like scale or mealies. If the spots start getting bigger I would cut off that part of the leaf into green tissue. Put some cinnamon on the cut, it might help to put some cinnamon on the spots.
