Paint Home Decorating Bathrooms

Paint for windowless bathroom

I just finished painting and redecorating my small windowless bathroom — but the end result still looks quite dull and dingy to me. The walls are Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray. I’m not a fan of the traditional wood finishings or beige in general but I have to live with them. I was hoping the final result would be crisp and fresh looking yet somehow it still looks like an older bathroom that needs a coat of fresh paint! Any advice re paint, lighting or decor is appreciated!

Are you in a rental? If not why don’t you paint the vanity and cabinet over tollet?

I don’t get the tropical fern panel. Why is it there?

Any chance you have a before photo?

The before was a different (light purple) paint colour on the walls. I repainted, added the peel and stick wallpaper for an accent wall (I have a bit of a boho/floral theme in other places), hung a photo and got some new accessories. I’m not a renter but would prefer not to paint cabinets. I plan on moving in a couple years so don’t want to do anything irreversible that’s may affect resale.
