This is "House Level" . . . The gate leads up to the street.

If you look to your right, there's "Secret Garden Musk Climber"

I wish you could "Edit" to add things. Jackie asked about the top image.

From Left to Right:

Top Left . . . All of that is Bishop Darlington.

Below it, the reds are Prospero and Eugene de Beauharnais. The pink rose, in the pot, is "De la Vina Mystery."

On the right is Lady Ann Kidwell, and you can just see Fourth of July, behind it.

In the bottom image, the low white rose on the left is Jesse Hildreth.

The large red on the right is Lady Ann Kidwell, and the pink rose next to it is "Benny Lopez".

The large pink rose to the front is "Old Town Novato" . . . paler than normal, in a hot spring. The smaller pink to its right, just visible, is Kim's 'Porcelain Rose'

This, across the yard, is two "Grandmother's Hat" bushes, flanking the door to the garage.

Yay! again, please tell us who are the roses in the first pic above - there are so many of them! For clarity, perhaps you could tell us in order, and which side you are starting on. So excited that you have been able to post these pics - your "one bloom of one rose" pics are gorgeous, but I like also seeing the entire plants with each other - these pics are perfect!

I especially like the first one above - just the kind of intermingling I love.

In the springtime, Sheila. But as our climate has altered, our summer garden is browner and sparse of bloom.

I think it's a good thing that we have cacti, epicacti, and Plumerias.

Jeri - thank you for naming all of the roses - I think that is good when it can be done, so others can see the roses in a garden context. I forget the story behind De La Vina Mystery - can you tell us? It is very appealing to me for some reason.

Jackie -- "De la Vina Mystery" was so named because it was found on De la Vina St., in Santa Barbara. It was growing out the TOP of an 8-ft-tall Eugenia hedge, in front of a Craftsman House. Though it had grown tall, seeing the sun, it appears that "De la Vina Mystery" is 'La Reine'. It had probably been there before the Santa Barbara Earthquake caused great destruction in 1925.

What wonderful views you have created, Jeri! I love seeing all of these healthy roses allowed to do their thing and build size. Gorgeous.
