We are in the process of buying a ranch style home in the country. Our favorite vacation spots are Niagara Falls, Cape Cod and Maine. How can we incorporate our pictures, shells, lobster trap coffee table etc without it looking out of place? I would love to make a room such as master suite or living room, possibly a sunroom feel like we are on vacation, but I do not want it to be too out of place since we are hundreds of miles from all of these places.
