you MIGHT try rooting a couple non affected pieces and see if you can get them thru winter.. indoors .. just for fun ... and when those get ugly in mid winter.. just throw them out.. but who knows.. maybe you can get them thru winter ... if your window sills arent too cold ....

that said... cut out the uglies.. and see what happens.. and report back.. experiments help us all.. and i actually remember my experiments.. as compared to most drivel i see on the web ... lol ...

That was my first thought is to put it out of its misery but I love them and wanted to try and enjoy them a few more weeks LOL.
