We would like to put in a large rectangular in ground pool in our backyard but are having difficulty coming up with a design. The deck we have now does not flow into a pool very nicely and we are thinking we might start over again (using some of the old material). We have considered changing the stairs to come off the center of the deck but I feel this may be wasted space and still would not look right. Most pictures/ideas I see online have either a walkout or a one story house. I have gone to the end of the internet and can not figure out on how to make our property work. Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Additional info: We plan on fencing the entire property instead of just around the pool and are allowed to place a small pool house on the property.
