I have problem with my areca palm - some leaves became grey, soil at the top has some white parts, and I can easily take out some dried leaves.

Have no idea if there is problem with dry air - drainage is well and I water the palm regularly.

There are also some tiny brown spots at some leaves at the plant bottom.

Anyone had same problem?
