How high should curtains be?

I’m looking to add some curtains to my formal area and can’t figure out how long they should be. 95 inches lands around 1/2 way between the upper and lower windows or do I go a little longer and have it right underneath the top set of windows? I can go above the top windows because the round window on the left side of the room is at a different height.

I meant to write I Can’t go above due to the round window at a different height.

I like your room. I think the 95 will look good. I am concerned about the tight clearance around your fireplace and in the corner. Curtains will cover a good portion of the window and shutters. You might be able to get a little extra rod length if you use a curved or french return rod.
