My pool builder has installed the pool tiles without removing the plastic for over three months ago and this plastic has melted. Since the space where these tiles have been installed is very tight, they are having a hard time removing the plastic and actually reaching the tile area. I am talking about the tiles installed right outside the spa were the water from the infinity spa is supposed to fall. Now the builder is telling us that the bottom part will be filled with plaster instead of tiles because they can't reach that part. But we are afraid that the walls of this area (there are broken tiles, fallen tiles, plastic attached to the tiles still not completely removed) can caused future problems like molding and more. In addition, the granite installed for the spa hasn't been cut properly and builder says he will use a product to fill those gaps, but do you think this product will look just granite? Please we need urgently your advice on what to do?
