Furniture Design Dilemma Living Room

I'd like to purchase a sectional with a sleeper in a performance fabric without breaking the bank or having to rob one. Are there any manufacturers that might be able to deliver for less than $5K? I'm not looking for an heirloom, just decent quality.

IMO sectionals are the most expensive way to but uncomfortable seating for more than 2 . Get a nice sleeper sofa and a couple of chairs a much better choice always

Thanks for the very practical advice! I never thought that but can see what you mean. Plus, I can rearrange a sofa and chairs more easily if I want to change things up.
