My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color wood stain is on the front door?

    Thanks for the question! The wood species for the front entry door is Douglas fir. The stain used on this project was a custom formula in a Sherwin Williams Wiping Stain product. The formula was derived from owner involvement as we custom matched to a sample piece of wood. Sorry we don't have an exact color or formula for you. Good luck with your project!

    Thanks for the question. The Siding Material is LP Smartside Cedar Lap (8” board w/ approx 6-7/8” reveal), LP Staggered bottom shakes and board and batten. All the siding is painted the same color; "PEBBLESTONE CLAY" as supplied by ABC Supply Co. The trim was custom painted onsite to match the Metal Gutter color "LINEN". Good luck with your project!
