My friend's nursery has this interesting hoya specimen. He was asking me if I might know what it is. At first, I thought, lacunosa based on the shape of the longer leaves. But all the newer leaves are shaped like khroniana. I read some information on Vermont Hoyas and a few other places that khroniana was originally called heart-shaped lacunosa and not given its own name until more recently. But this one seems to have an identity crisis. Or maybe the cute little heart leaves will eventually lengthen out and be like the others.
