We recently had Masland Dorado in Canyon color installed in our bedroom as part of a major remodel. We purchased it to match our living room which we did 18 months ago. After installation, we noted brown spots that were part of the manufacturing process- that are not evident in our LR or on the store sample. It also shows much more in the way of traffic and generally does not look good or like the product from 18 months ago.

An independent carpet person came in after our retailer agreed it shouldn't look this way. Well, Masland says that it is not a problem and refuses to back our retailer which is unfair to them. We are left with having to have it all pulled out which will be a big hassle (now furniture is in, closet doors installed, more minor damage to new woodwork etc. )

Has anyone else been having problems with Masland carpets?
