I have a baby monstera (I got her from a really great/reputable plant place near me). When I got her, I saw she had little markings on her, but I want to make sure that I am doing the right things to take care of her...

She came with all of these markings, these are not new. I have seen a few gnats stuck in my sticky traps of other plants and got nervous that something may be wrong. The rest of her leaves look fine.

What are these markings/holes from? I have repotted and done a really detailed inspection. I can't see any pests. I also have been spraying with neem oil to get rid of anything that I may have missed. Other than these marks, she looks healthy. Just want to make sure I am not missing anything.. Do I need to worry? Thank you!
