Skip the fertilizing. It's not necessary and you should be winding it down now anyway.

Osmocote Plus is time release granular that I use both in my making my soil mix and for top dressing. I do that 3 times a year and use foliage pro during watering. Definitely, putting O+ would work for you, though, missing a week or two of feeding isn't a huge problem.

Travis, I have gone weeks without fertilizer at times and mine do just fine. As Gardengal said, I would skip it and she's pretty much on target all the time. A Gem to this forum for years!

Thanks all! I knew feeding should be slowing this time of year but I assumed there would still be some nutrient draw and I worried that my fast mix +FP would leave nothing for the roots to draw from. Good to know it will be no big deal to miss a couple of weeks.

Yes, I'm a bit nervous about the drip system watering the whole pot. Wish I had more time to tweak it before leaving. I think I'll have time for one watering to evaluate it's results. Planning to put a few emitters in each, hoping that will provide adequate results.

Travis, once I bought a bucket or tote larger than the pot then set a couple of my trees on bricks to lift them enough to let a cloth rope dangle into the water to let the water wick into the pots. It worked for days. Sort of like making a self watering container.

Of course I had to push the rope up into the drain holes for it to work and it kept the soil evenly moist for days.

I would love to see that Mike! Honestly I'm a little ambivalent about putting in a drip system just for this vacation, but I also don't trust any neighbors enough to monitor my trees.
