i am currently residing in delhi ( daily temperature ranges from 25 in the day to 13 degrees at night) . I bought asiatic lily plant this year in january and it gave flowers around march. After that i let the bulb in the pot itself and let the stem/stalk wither away.

Around the month of august ( rainy season) the bulb gave out green leaves ( same as in the picture) and i have them since then. Its November now, all other bulbs i have , are showing normal growth pattern with a stalk coming out having leaves but in this particular bulb all i have is a bunch of leaves near to the ground and no stalk coming out .

What can be the possible cause and any remedies you can suggest.
