My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I asked the designer and she said:
    Both colors are Benjamin Moore
    Body - Kendall Charcoal
    Trim - Navaho white

      There is no way this is Kendall Charcoal. It looks nothing like this picture

      Navaho white looks nothing like this either. I just put it on my house and I think I'm going to have to change it!!!

      I just painted my new build Kendall Charcoal. Looks just like this pic- beautiful, striking as my builder called it. BM White Dove for the trim!! I am so happy with the way it turned out.
