Do you have your stone selected? Stone is very bossy so I would get that selected first then find siding color that works with your stone. I would get a current set of sample stone to see what’s coming out if quarries right now. In looking at your ideabook you have quite a few white home photos saved but above you move away from white. Here are a few inspirational photos.

post pics of the house style, the stone, and pics of the siding choices. and the black windows are really more suited to the modern white farmhouse style.

There is nothing craftsman about black windows. It just wasn't done.

Black windows and craftman seem odd. All the examples posted so far need white windows IMO.

The OP needs to come back and with the stone choice and also what they think is craftsman so the exterior elevation drawing too.

Thanks to everyone on the feedback....this is my first post and just starting this journey! I added a pic of the front elevation. I think the Modern Craftsman is more what I had in mind...I just like the character and steering away from the Modern Farmhouse style. As for the stone, I have not selected it yet, but have samples of the Everlast siding and shake siding to take next week to pick out the stone. I'm in KY where limestone is common so am looking for stone with a gray undertone and not too dark. I do like the first and second picture @Beth H. : posted! Here are a few I have pinned that caught my eye for colors:
