My Dracaena is falling!!!

Please help. My dracaena has had lots of browning but still seemed healthy. It’s very full from top to bottom and stood probably 7ft tall. I think it’s a Janet Craig but I’m confused because so many other’s dracaenas look so bare except for the top. This one has dark green glossy leaves all over and green stems. Anyway, the weather finally shifted in LA and so did my poor dracaena. I have a space heater in my room so it’s comfortable. I don’t know if then it got too cold, or too warm and dry. I wouldn’t water it all that frequently because I know it’s supposed to feel dry. It’s difficult to stick my finger in the soil though because it came planted with lava rock on top and possibly throughout. I’m a new plant mom so I don’t know what to do. It’s as if the plant got too top heavy but I’m scared to remove the stems and even if I do they’re still kind of weak and bendy so if I replanted them I’m not sure they would stand well without a stick support.
