I like polychromes, but only have Autumn Wood and Capacity for Wonder, and can't find my photo for Autumn Wood

I do have this noid, I don't know where it came from but wish I knew the name. It is so pretty

I always admire your Kentucky Lucky Debra, my favorite of these.

I have a few polychromes. Kentucky Lucky is my favorite from above.

Spectral Elegance is a lovely early season bloomer.

Solar Blast, great early season bloomer. It was added as a single fan in spring of 2019. This past spring I had three fans and three scapes blooming. It also had a rebloom scape for me!

Sweet Autumn Mist was a single fan bonus in spring of 2019. I had three fans and two scapes this past spring. I like this bonus, probably wouldn’t have chosen it but it’s a keeper so far.

I think Pizza Crust is a polychrome. What a great late season performer.

I think my bee pollen daylily is a polychrome. It was growing in the worst spot in my garden. It got moved late summer and I’m hoping for a better show from it, I think this was season five.

Solar Blast and Spectral Elegance are lovely. And I have always liked Kentucky Lucky (and the name!). I have a few of these.

Kate, I am so pleased with Golden Globe....it is every bit as pretty as your pictures show. My True Gertrude was washed out looking this summer on account of the severe drought. She wasn't as colorful as last year.

Celeste, I knew Golden Globe would do great things for you!! I like that second picture too where the colors are more saturated-but every bloom is different.

I like Astargic colors! I don’t remember you posting that one. Rainbow Mesa has some pretty colors.

Sherry, I like my color on Substantial Evidence too. But it may differ next year! Funny how they can do that. When Celeste got some of my noid which I later identified as True Gertrude Demarest, the picture below is why she wanted it. It has never looked like this again!!

In person, the polychromes can really stand out. Hard to capture their shifting colors on film. Debra: Autumn Wood is always a favorite. I love the corduroy petal structure. It's an added dimension to admire in daylilies........ Roy Doodle Allen is one I've never heard of but am glad you posted it Kate.....Celeste: I've grown Bittersweet Destiny at least 3 times. A bit on the short side, but the color is unique, and obviously one I really liked......It's a given that anyone that posts a yellow polychrome gets a thumbs up from me..............Maryl

One I forgot is Walk in the Clouds. I know Celeste and Nancy have this one too.

I always admire your Smokey Mountain Autumn Brad and look forward to seeing it every year since mine left. That smokey overlay it gets at times is truly unique. A bud builder, I had to remember not to cut off the old scapes too soon or I'd cut away more blooms to come...........Maryl
