My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dining Room Light Dilemma

Our Dining Table is 84" X 38" live edge.

Light fixture https://www.reginaandrew.com/Lighting/Collection/Sigmund-Collection/Product-Category/Ceiling-Fixtures?page=1 .

I'm not sure this fixture will be sufficient since the table is so long.

We really like down facing lights that can be dimmed to create the warm light on the table.

Another option that I like is something like this https://www.houzz.com/products/atom-8-light-pendant-white-matte-black-prvw-vr~112159737.

We are in the midst of a large renovation. The dining area is beside the kitchen - open plan.
