visible plugmold in a modern kitchen?!

I am remodeling my home and am half way into my sleek, modern kitchen. I have a quartz countertop that looks like marble that will extend up the wall to the floating shelves on one side and base cabinets on the other. Outlets!!!! How do I have outlets without disrupting the large smooth surface. I have been searching plug molding/wire mold but if we’re talking about hiding it, that could only go under the upper cabinets. Not the floating shelves. I have seen it where the plug mold is just above the countertop extending the full length from one end of the counter to the other. But I am afraid the product will look cheap- I’m not really sure where to source it other than the typical big home improvement stores. Any thoughts?

Oh and also my island needs power. Cabinets are a gray/green. Thanks so much!!
