Calluna in containers--how should I overwinter?

Hi there!


I planted Heather/Calluna in some large concrete urns in sphagnum moss in early fall, but worry about overwintering them. Do you think they'll do fine if I just leave the urns out? should I bring them into the (unheated, detached) garage? put them in the basement? I live just north of Chicago, in zone 5b if that helps! Really appreciate any suggestions you guys have!
