My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hypothetical Rain Garden Location

I'm playing around with the idea of a rain garden in place of an old tennis court that is slated for removal, it is far less than the 20% of the nearby hard surface area, but there are some retention ditches in-between some of the hard surface areas and this site... I'm brand new to this app and will try to add photos as soon as I figure out how
