I have about 350 extra sq ft of flooring material that I can't return to the store (for COVID reasons). I'm considering the below but would love any additional ideas/suggestions. It's 5/8" thick engineered oak.

1. 'shiplap' bathroom ceiling in master bath (might be too heavy)

2. glue to rear wall of pantry

3. cut down to make floating shelving around the house (to match the flooring)

Any other thoughts/ideas? We're going for a contemporary look.
