Some say white, some say my floors are too dark to do white?

It sounds very much like you are wanting to keep that tuscan feel? If so, why not repaint it like it is now, only maybe go a shade or two lighter. Your kitchen is tuscan, and you seem to like it that way, so white would not look great in there. And I do like your turquoise accent colors, they fit with your tuscan look.

They are dark for white. But it’s just a neutral. I was suggesting it having in mind the kitchen may be redone. This was my inspiration. Otherwise I’m taking I lighter take on a gray brown. I don’t think I’d do what you have it has a lot of yellow undertones
