My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Annie. Thanks for your question. At Signature Homes of the Chippewa Valley, Linda often works with the home owner and a custom fabricator to develop items unique to each custom property. These are powder coated metal awnings that repeat at other key locations around the home.

    How did they design the brackets for the awnings? I’m fabricating some myself (with helpers) and finding the mounting bracket impossible to find
