? Dead peace lily

Was away over Xmas for 3 weeks and come back to a very dry peace lily. Still green but crusted leaves. The flowers were brown which iv snipped off. Is there a chance of saving the leaves if they are still green or should I ship them off and try produce new ones?? Watered yesterday but no change so far...
