My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I spoke with the builder, and it sounds like it's Cabot's Pewter gray.

You could try contacting the builder of the home, Great Neighborhood Homes, Inc.; they may have a record of the specific product they used on this Edina duplex.
