help. has anyone experienced the nightmare of black mold and soap scum from underneath the bathfitter installment? I have just moved into an apartment and after taking a shower and rinsing the shower I'll just give it all this black soap coming out from underneath the bath fitter and casement how do I clean this it is disgusting it just keeps coming out

Remodel and replace it all. It will totally gross you out when it’s removed. You can’t “clean” between the insert and the tub where the ick lives.

Call your landlord. They may not be aware that water is getting behind their bath/shower walls. In order for this gunk to dribble out from behind the shower surround, water must be getting behind it, right? Their walls are rotting.
